The Atlantic Jazz Nights Season 3 is going to wrap up with a provincial tour of Newfoundland and Labrador featuring vocalist Aubrey Johnson, violinist Tomoko Omura and drummer Jay Sawyer. The 3 will perform in a quintet with curators Florian Hoefner and Jim Vivian. The repertoire will focus on Aubrey Johnson’s originals and arrangements that seamlessly fuse jazz, Brazilian and other contemporary styles.
