On June 20th 2022, the “Atlantic Jazz Nights” will launch at the Arts and Culture Centre in St. John’s, NL. This new performance series has been conceived and curated by Florian and bassist Jim Vivian in collaboration with the Arts and Culture Centre St. John’s, supported by the Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council. The inaugural season will include 5 shows, where Florian and Jim will perform with visiting artists from Canada and the United States. The series will launch on June 20th with a concert featuring saxophone legend, Jerry Bergonzi and revered NYC-based drummer, Allan Mednard.
