The international chamber trio, Iris Trio (Christine Carter – clarinet, Zoë Martin-Doike – viola, Anna Petrova – piano) just finished recording 3 new chamber works by Florian with poetry by Canadian poet, Don McKay. The 3 new pieces will make up the first album of the trio’s multi-chapter Project Earth. Through chamber music and poetry, Project Earth strives to illuminate the impact of human behaviour on the environment, addressing issues of climate change, pollution, habitat degradation, and biodiversity loss.
