The first single from Florian’s new album with Flying Pooka! is out today on all major streaming platforms.
The debut album of Flying Pooka!, the duo of pianist Florian Hoefner and saxophonist Dani Oore will drop on Oct 6th on Alma Records.
On June 20th, a new international performance series curated and hosted by Florian Hoefner and bassist Jim Vivian will launch at the Arts and Culture Centre in St. John’s, NL. The launch concert will feature saxophone legend, Jerry Bergonzi and revered NYC-based drummer, Allan Mednard.
The Iris Trio (clarinet, viola, piano) is going to tour Germany and the USA in May 2023, presenting a new program of works by Florian.
